Palate: Bright and incisive, with tangy green‑apple and lemon‑zest flavors riding on a flinty, chalk‑like spine; medium‑bodied yet sharply defined. 
Finish: Long, saline‑tinged and fresh, the finale echoes the fruit‑and‑floral aromas with persistent minerality, showcasing Aligoté’s lively personality.
