I LOVE baking fresh banana bread every month and having it for a lazy Sunday breakfast. My mother loves putting dark chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut shreds in our loaves every time we make some! I bet the hemp seeds just top everything off so incredibly! The mini loaves look so cute and golden-brown ?
Slowly add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients while mixing everything together until your protein banana bread mix is smooth. I like using a regular mixer or hand mixer to speed this step up.

I made this last night with 2 minor changes. I needed 12 packets of Sugar-in-the-Raw to equal 1/2C, but I only had 10 packets left, so I added 2 tspns Splenda Brown Sugar. I also added 1 extra tspn if Vanilla ((I do this to all recipes). I made banana bread muffins instead of loaf, which made a qty of 16. They were absolutely DELISH! The texture was fabulous and the actual taste was out of this world! My hubby thought they were better than traditional banana bread. Looking now to see what Blueberry recipe you might have ..

Made this last weekend and it was delicious. I recommend only covering the eggs for three minutes so the yolks do not get hard.I also skipped the cilantro because of personal preference, but did add chopped parsley and feta cheese.It is excellent with bread, either pita, or French, or Cuban with a side of sliced avocados.I loved it so much that I made a triple batch without the eggs and portion froze it. Now I only have to thaw, bring to a simmer and add eggs to enjoy it on short notice without the prep time.I also tried a batch using Mexican style stewed tomatoes and it was very very tasty.I always experiment with recipes and this one easily lends itself to experimentation.So glad I found this recipe and it will become a staple in my diet. 041b061a72
